About the Role

We are hiring a dependable Houseman to support the overall cleanliness and operation of the hotel. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on maintaining public spaces, while also assisting the housekeeping and maintenance teams wherever needed. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential, as this role supports all areas of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including hallways, public washrooms, entrances, and exterior grounds
- Handle garbage removal and general upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces
- Assist housekeeping with linens, supplies, and any support tasks required
- Respond to operational needs as they arise, supporting multiple departments
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Ensure overall presentation standards are consistently met throughout the property

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of janitorial or cleaning experience, required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean environments




- Physically capable of lifting, moving, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
