About You:
The Company is always seeking top talent with various skill sets to join our growing team. At this time, we are looking for an HR / Administrative Assistant who will be mainly responsible for recruitment, employee time and attendance and any other HR administration tasks working with our HR Team. - Completed Human Resources, Business Administration or related certificate programs
- Excellent communication skill (both speaking and writing)
- Having at least 2 years of HR experience
- Good administrative skills and great knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player willing to work alongside various cultures, personalities, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach to provide valuable services to every stakeholders in Smilegate West Inc.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Administration
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Coordinating, maintaining, and generating Human Resources-related files, and records
- Accurately tracking and processing HR documents and following up as needed
- Maintaining general office management functions including mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ordering snacks and meals if needed
2. Recruitment and Selection
- Creating and modifying job descriptions and posting job openings on Indeed, Linked In and utilizing various external sourcing materials
- Forwarding resumes received for open positions to the appropriate managers in a timely manner (either electronically or hard copy)
- Conducting pre-screening interviews and reference checks in order to assist with hiring the most suitable candidate
- Arranging interview schedules and setting up the meeting room for the interviews
- Setting up new hire’s seating and preparing onboarding process, processing off-boarding process
3. Employee Time and Attendance and Employee Engagement
- Tracking time and attendance for all employees and providing reports to managers
- Working with the Manager to develop strategies focused on increasing employee engagement
