- Complete preventative maintenance for homes and buildings
- Respond to tenant repair and housing maintenance requests
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain facilities and ensure safety compliance
- Build relationships with tenants and community partners Requirements:
- Previous experience in building or housing maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry and plumbing techniques
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical work in varying weather Support safe and well-maintained housing in the beautiful Ktunaxa community.
