We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist and Client Liaison to join our team! Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.




- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee record keeping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely solutions and maintaining positive relationships through excellent communication skills.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents, contracts, and vendor information.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project management tasks related to HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Payworks along with knowledge of benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a talent for building rapport with clients and employees alike.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
