Join Southbridge Health Care LP as a Human Resources Business Partner in Thunder Bay. This in office contract role supports long-term care homes, focusing on employee relations and organizational development. In this 16-18 month contract role, you will work closely with managers across multiple LTC homes.

Your mission will be to align HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on performance management, talent development, and compliance. You’ll contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure all HR services meet legal requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on employee relations and HR policy
- Provide disability management and compliance support
- Lead labour relations and grievance processes




- Support organizational change initiatives and training sessions
- Track workforce metrics and recommend corrective actions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, ideally in a Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
