Job Summary

In this hands-on role, you will be involved in all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, and policy development. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer payroll and group benefits programs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR processes and employee documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs and track employee participation.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with the ESA, OHSA, AODA, the Human Rights Code, and other applicable legislation.
- Prepare HR reports and support projects as required.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of the ESA and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/Payworks payroll system experience is an asset.
