Gagnon Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance and support building operations. Duties
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including air conditioners, ductless splits, furnaces, boilers, make up air units and exhaust systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and airflow issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
- Follow safety standards and maintain accurate digital records
- On call is optional, but not mandatory
- Steady work year round

Experience
- 3rd to 5th year apprentice or refrigeration mechanic ( 313 A license ) with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, controls, hydronics and airflow systems.
- G2 / G1 license
- ODP certification
- Class G drivers license
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, brazing and boiler operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and wiring diagrams for complex mechanical systems.
- Construction experience or background in building maintenance is a plus.
Pay: $30.00-$65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
