Northbridge Financial Corporation is seeking an AI & Cloud Governance Lead to ensure secure, compliant AI and cloud use while enabling business value. The role collaborates across Legal, ERM, Privacy & Security, Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Product and Business Owners, embedding governance into SDLC/MLOps.

The candidate will define enterprise AI governance, policies, risk ratings, and oversee ongoing regulatory monitoring (OSFI, NIST, CIS).
