Pontosense is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Toronto or Waterloo, a hybrid full-time role that supports families and care partners using our home-safety product. You will handle tickets end-to-end, assist with setup and troubleshooting, and collaborate with the BPO and customer success teams.

You will contribute to the help centre and share insights to improve the product. The role emphasizes transparent communication, fast resolution, and direct interaction with leadership.
