Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage and coordinate immigration cases, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Your proactive approach will support clients through complex immigration procedures, helping them achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities
- Review and proofread immigration documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards
- Should be experienced with SOWP,Spousal PR, Express Entry,PGWP, work to study permits etc
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously through effective project management techniques, tracking deadlines and case statuses
- Interview clients to collect detailed information, clarify case details, and assess eligibility for various immigration programs
- Utilize iManage or similar document management systems to organize, file, and retrieve case files efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining meticulous records of case progress
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, providing explicit guidance while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal language standards
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience as immigration assistant Necessary
- Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting abilities for preparing accurate documentation
- Familiarity with research tools like LexisNexis for case verification and background checks
- Experience in project management or handling multiple cases concurrently under tight deadlines
- Strong interviewing skills to gather comprehensive client information effectively
- Proficiency in using document management systems such as iManage or similar platforms
- Basic data entry skills combined with a solid understanding of filing procedures and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with professional communication skills
- Administrative experience in a legal or government setting is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
