Duties

- Sort incoming merchandise by category, size, or priority to streamline store operations
- Package products securely for storage, shipment, or display using appropriate techniques and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting and packaging areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and arranging displays to enhance product visibility
- Operate equipment like forklifts (if certified) to move heavy or bulky items safely within the store
- Support cashiering duties when needed, including processing transactions accurately and providing friendly customer service




- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment to uphold store standards

Skills

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in sorting and packaging processes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers when necessary
- Experience in retail sales or customer service environments is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in busy work areas
- Flexible team player with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
