Compensation: $47,000 - $52,000 annual base salary + 3% sales commission, plus mileage reimbursement

WrapMyDoors transforms kitchens, cabinetry, and other interior surfaces using architectural films. We work with homeowners, small businesses and large corporations across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who loves working with people and can guide clients from their first enquiry through to a confirmed project. Your focus will be company-generated inbound leads, primarily for residential and smaller commercial projects.

You build trust naturally, follow through on your promises, and bring a positive, considerate attitude to your work with clients and colleagues. You’re also organised and proactive, you keep conversations moving and don’t wait to be reminded to follow up.

Sales experience matters, but your people skills, initiative, and willingness to learn matter even more. We can teach you our products and pricing process. We’re looking for someone who brings a love of working with people and the drive to turn good conversations into confirmed projects.

What you’ll do

- Manage incoming enquiries and understand each client’s needs, budget, and project scope.
- Prepare initial estimates using our established pricing formula, helping clients understand approximate costs before booking a site visit.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and outstanding quotes.
- Visit client properties, take accurate measurements, discuss the scope, and help clients select finishes.
- Prepare and present final quotes, explain the value of our service, and address questions and price objections.




- Close sales and secure deposits.
- Keep client records, project details, and next steps organized in our CRM.
- Work with our admin and operational support team after closing to ensure a clear, coordinated project handoff.

What you’ll bring
- Proven sales experience, including following up on leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication and listening skills, both in person and in writing.
- The ability to manage your own pipeline and workload without daily supervision.
- A consultative approach: you listen, explain value clearly, and help clients make informed decisions.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with measurements and pricing.
- Comfort using CRM software and digital tools.
- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle.

Experience in home improvement, renovation, cabinetry, flooring, windows and doors, or a related field is an asset. We’re also open to strong salespeople from other industries who are ready to learn our products and process.

Compensation and work arrangements

- $47,000-52,000 annual base salary plus 3% sales commission.
- At the current sales volume, this structure would produce approximately $62,000–$66,000 in annual compensation. Actual commission earnings will depend on your sales.
- Mileage reimbursement for client visits.
- Full-time hybrid role based in Mississauga, combining office work, remote work, and client visits.
- Travel throughout the GTA, with occasional visits to the Niagara region and Barrie.
- Some evening or weekend appointments based on client availability.
- Product and pricing-process training.
