We are a growing local cleaning company providing professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to work with our company on a subcontractor basis.

The Opportunity

As a cleaning subcontractor, you will complete cleaning assignments for our clients while operating as an independent contractor. This is a flexible opportunity for experienced cleaners or individuals who are looking to grow their own cleaning business while receiving cleaning opportunities through our company.

Responsibilities

- Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning jobs to a high standard
- Follow the cleaning requirements and instructions provided for each job
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas as required
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove garbage
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within the agreed-upon timeframe
- Communicate professionally with clients and the company
- Report any issues, damages, or special client requests
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients

Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and punctual




- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Able to work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations
- Ability to provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies, if required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Transportation & Travel
- Having access to a reliable vehicle is an asset but not required.

- Travel time between assigned jobs will be paid.
- Transportation arrangements and travel expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.

Key This is an independent contractor/subcontractor position, not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance and other business-related expenses, as applicable.
