Angel Pro-Clean Inc. is looking for experienced independent cleaners and small local cleaning teams to take on residential cleaning projects across Metro Vancouver.

This opportunity is suited to a self-employed cleaner, family-run cleaning team, or small cleaning business with a few workers. We are not looking for large cleaning companies, franchises, or staffing agencies.

Work Available

Projects may include

- Move-out / move-in cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- General house cleaning
- Apartment and townhouse cleaning
- One-time residential cleaning
- Other residential cleaning projects as available

Compensation Projects are paid on a flat-rate, per-project basis.

The project scope and contractor payment will be provided before the job is accepted.

Typical project compensation is intended to work out to approximately $25-$30 per person/hour, depending on the job, experience, scope, and cleaning requirements.

There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of projects.

Who We Are Looking For

You should have

- Minimum 1-2 years of residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Vacuum, mop, cleaning chemicals, cloths, and other required tools
- Experience with deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
- Ability to travel to different properties within Metro Vancouver
- Positive communication and reliability
- Strong attention to cleaning quality
- Ability to work independently without ongoing supervision

We strongly prefer contractors who can provide previous client references, testimonials, Google reviews, cleaning business reviews,



or examples/photos of completed work.

Small Teams Welcome

You may apply if you:

- Operate a small cleaning business
- Have a small team of cleaners

If you use your own employees or helpers, you will be responsible for managing and compensating your own team.

Contractor Arrangement

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a guaranteed employee position.

Selected contractors will enter into a separate contractor agreement with Angel Pro-Clean Inc.

Contractors are expected to operate independently and provide their own:

- Transportation
- Cleaning supplies
- Equipment and tools
- Workers/helpers, if applicable
- Business expenses and operating costs

Individual projects may be offered based on availability, location, cleaning requirements, and previous performance. You can review the project details before deciding whether to accept the work. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
