Global Fusion Coating Inc. is looking for an experienced Industrial Coater/Painter to join our team in Medicine Hat.

The successful candidate will operate spray and coating equipment to apply paint, powder, polyurethane, polymers, enamel and other protective coatings to metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate spray guns, coating equipment and related machinery.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, stripping and removing corrosion.
- Apply coatings and perform touch-ups using spray equipment and brushes.
- Inspect finished products for quality and conformance.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment, ventilation systems and PPE.
- Follow all company safety procedures and Alberta Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Participate in morning meetings and end-of-shift cleanup.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of industrial painting/coating experience.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment/supplies over 50 lbs.
- Ability to distinguish colours.
- Knowledge of chemical application techniques.
- CSTS, First Aid and WHMIS certifications required.
- NACE and LSE certifications are considered an asset.
