Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Information Technology Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
- Manage and troubleshoot computer networking components such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard organizational data
- Maintain and support various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance
- Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or similar ticketing systems to document issues, track progress, and communicate resolutions effectively
- Assist with desktop support tasks such as installing, configuring, and repairing computers and peripherals like printers and scanners
- Monitor network performance and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates, patches,



and hardware upgrades while adhering to best practices in IT support

Skills

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, VPN access, and network security protocols
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for incident tracking and resolution management
- Ability to provide help desk support with excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting processes within Microsoft Office applications and other common enterprise software
- Understanding of security practices related to firewalls, VPNs, and network access controls
- Experience supporting remote users through desktop support tools like Jira or ServiceNow tickets
