BAAN Powertrain is a family-owned business that has grown to become Canada's largest aftermarket distributor and remanufacturer of powertrain units. We supply engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, and axle assemblies to auto recyclers, repair shops, and dealerships across Canada and internationally. About the Role

We are hiring a full-time bilingual inside sales, customer service, and technical order desk representative. This role is open only to candidates who are fluent in both English and French, spoken and written. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the right powertrain unit and making sure every order is handled accurately from quote to delivery.

What You Will Do

- Take orders by phone, email, and website chat in English and French,



and clearly communicate price, availability, warranty information, and product options
- Enter quotes in our system so the whole team has accurate, up to date information
- Support customers and teammates with technical knowledge of powertrain units as you build your expertise
- Help resolve product and warranty concerns
- Handle returns and product issues professionally and promptly
- Prepare invoices, payments, shipping documents, and contracts
- Verify inventory accuracy for invoicing
- Complete filing, general administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
- A valid driver's abstract may be required

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- B2B sales, inside sales, or order desk experience
- Automotive repair or automotive parts experience
- Knowledge of powertrain repair, installation, or technical support

Don't have automotive experience? Apply anyway. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we will train you.

Compensation

- Base salary of $40,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience
- Team commission and bonus opportunities based on order desk sales performance
- Dental and vision care
- Hands-on training and room to grow
