Inside Sales & Account Representative An office-based salesperson who drives revenue by phone and email and keeps customers happy after the sale.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on inbound leads
- Qualify leads, present products or services, and close deals
- Manage a book of existing customers: check-ins, renewals, upsells
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues quickly
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations
- Keep the CRM up to date with notes, pipeline, and activity
- Hit daily call targets and monthly sales goals

Key skills Clear phone communication, relationship building, organization, CRM use, negotiation, and follow-through.
