Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students pursuing a Private Pilot License (PPL) and Commercial Pilot students eager to advance their aviation careers. This opportunity offers experience in aviation operations, safety procedures, and customer service within a dynamic flight training environment. As a student pilot, you will develop essential skills, gain real-world exposure to aircraft management, and enhance your leadership and organizational abilities.

Duties

- Assist with aircraft pre-flight inspections, maintenance checks, and safety protocols to ensure operational readiness
- Support flight instructors and pilots during training sessions by preparing aircraft and training materials
- Engage with students from diverse backgrounds, providing multilingual support in languages including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English to enhance their learning experience
- Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, manage records of flight hours, and monitor progress using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for route planning and navigation exercises
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries from prospective students and visitors, guiding them through the training process




- Supervise small groups of student pilots during ground school activities, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills
- Contribute to safety audits, incident reports, and documentation ensuring compliance with aviation standards and regulations

Experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems or aviation equipment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Multilingual abilities in French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, or English are highly valued for effective communication with diverse student populations
- Prior experience in customer service or supervisory roles will be advantageous in supporting team operations
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in educational or aviation settings is desirable
- Familiarity with GIS technology for navigation or route planning is a plus but not mandatory
- A passion for aviation combined with excellent math skills will help you succeed in this role

Pay: $45.00-$75.00 per hour
