Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst to provide a broad range of Microsoft 365, Networking, and Windows Server support in an MSP environment

Our mid-sized enterprise client is seeking anIntermediate Infrastructure Analyst to provide a broad range of Microsoft 365, Networking, and Windows Server support in an MSP environment.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with competitive health & wellness benefits and additional company perks offered. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary and aligned to working 5 days per week onsite.

Must-Haves:

- 3-7 years' of IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience
- Experience with network routing, switching, and protocols (ideally Cisco)
- Experience with Cybersecurity best practices and protocols

Nice-to-Haves:

- Previous Managed Server Provider (MSP) experience
- Experience with Intune and Entra ID
- Experience with Sophos products
- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting
- Experience with Datto BCDR, Datto SaaS Protection, or similar backup platforms
- Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, or professional services

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and maintain Windows Server environments
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh projects
- Assist with network deployments, upgrades, and documentation
- Support and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN solutions, and similar
- Assist with implementation and support of cybersecurity solutions
- Act as an escalation resource for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows as required
