About Canada Royal Arts High School

Canada Royal Arts High School is a Vancouver-based private high school committed to international education, personalized student development, academic planning, and institutional collaboration.

Through its innovative educational practices, the School was named a Global Top 10 finalist for Innovation in the 2026 World’s Best School Prizes.

As we continue to expand our partnerships across the Greater Vancouver area, we are seeking a motivated and experienced International Education Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with private schools, education organizations, and other potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing education partners;
- Identify and develop new partnerships with education organizations of different sizes;
- Independently visit private schools and education institutions throughout Greater Vancouver;
- Discuss student pathways, high school articulation opportunities, program cooperation, and long-term partnerships;
- Follow up on partnership opportunities and coordinate the needs of all parties;
- Support the implementation of new partnership agreements and projects;
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings,



and follow-up activities;
- Provide regular updates on partnership development and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required;
- Previous experience in education, institutional partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to independently conduct meetings, institutional visits, and partnership discussions;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently;
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for local visits;
- Familiarity with private schools or education organizations in Greater Vancouver is preferred.

Compensation Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Additional performance-based incentives will be available for successfully developed partnerships.
