Inventory Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock movement, and support efficient day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with inventory, data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory and stock movements
- Coordinate receiving, transfers, shipments, and inventory updates
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve variances
- Enter and update inventory information in company systems
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations teams
- Monitor stock availability and communicate replenishment requirements
- Organize inventory records, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Support warehouse and inventory procedures as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, purchasing,



or administration is an asset
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and inventory systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn company procedures and inventory systems

- Full-time position

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
