Barez Recycling Ltd - Inventory & Shipping Associate

Barez Recycling Ltd is a busy Calgary auto recycler with 500+ donor vehicles and 12,000+ OEM parts, sold locally and online through our website, eBay, Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace. We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to keep our inventory accurate and get orders packed and shipped out the door every day.

Inventory Duties:

- Tag, label and shelve auto parts in the yard and warehouse
- Print inventory tags and keep bin/shelf locations accurate
- Take clear photos of parts using our inventory app
- Enter and update parts in our inventory system and online listings (website, eBay, Kijiji, Facebook)
- Pull parts for walk-in, local and online orders

Shipping Duties:

- Pick, pack and securely box/crate parts for shipping (small parts up to engines and transmissions)
- Create shipping labels and book courier and freight pickups
- Upload tracking numbers and keep online orders on schedule
- Receive incoming parts and returns, inspect and restock
- Keep the shipping area clean, organized and stocked with supplies

Requirements:

- Able to lift 50+ lbs on your own and work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all Calgary weather
- Good basic computer skills (email, data entry, online forms)
- Strong attention to detail - the right part, the right label, the right box
- Reliable, on time, and able to work independently




- Experience with auto parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving or eBay is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset

What We Offer:

- Full time position
- $18-$22/hr based on experience

Location: 3608 52 St SE, Calgary, AB. You must be able to commute to our yard daily. Apply with your resume. Candidates who answer the screening questions will be contacted first.
