Forklift For You Ltd is looking for bookkeeper to prepare day-to-day equipment rental invoices using Quickbooks system.

Location: Steeles Ave West & Islington Ave.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include preparing invoices for short- and long-term equipment rentals, as well as developing an understanding of the client's business as it relates to each engagement.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience in Canada
- Proficient in Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to interact well with all team members, sharing knowledge and best practices

Job Types: Permanent, Part time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
