Job Summary

Join our team as a Janitorial Associate and play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks across a commercial facility. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards
- Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning to maintain high-quality cleanliness across all areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces with efficiency and attention to detail




- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work workplace for yourself and others

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning commercial or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and climbing ladders as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward the quality of your work

Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
