Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics, technical manuals, and automotive software to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure precise repairs and installations.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and component replacements to uphold safety standards.




- Engage with customers professionally by explaining repair procedures and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing automotive parts or equipment as needed.

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with OEM standards and procedures.
- Skilled in reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex vehicle systems.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly work, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repairs and maintenance needs.
