We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with a CVIP Licence to join our Red Deer team.

What You'll Be Working On

This is not a repetitive PM-only position.

Our technicians work on a wide variety of equipment and power systems, including:

- CAT engines
- Cummins engines
- MTU engines
- Bi-fuel systems
- Transmissions
- Hydraulic systems
- Heavy equipment and industrial power systems

Your work will include:
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Repairs and overhauls
- Preventative maintenance
- Failure analysis




- Mechanical inspections
- Equipment commissioning and support

We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, can work independently, and take pride in quality workmanship.

What You'll Bring

Required

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- CVIP Licence
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred

- Experience with CAT, Cummins, MTU, or industrial engine platforms
- Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Previous field or industrial service experience
