Effective immediately, our team is searching for a talented Junior Accounting Clerk that will report to the Controller and will be required to provide advanced and diversified, confidential and administrative assistance and coordination with all companies under the Designed Roofing Inc., Essential Exteriors and Northland Glass & Metal group of companies. The successful candidate must have accounting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility are required. The individual must be a proactive performer that demonstrates excellent initiative, teamwork and judgement on a regular basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Process billing functions: Accounts Payable

· Prepare and submit all monthly invoices

· Perform filing and general administrative tasks

· Ensure proper coding on documents

· Analyze, organize, and manage AP invoices

· Match invoices with packing slips, purchase orders and service reports

· Check invoices for accuracy and input information into Sage

· Set invoices up for payment

· Prepare and perform cheque runs

· Reconcile accounts payable transactions

· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

· Maintain vendor files





· Other duties assigned by Controller

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
