We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant, recent graduate to join our finance and admin team. In this role, you will assist with essential accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. You will be well versed in using and managing and training AI agents.

Duties
- Assist with budgeting, contracts, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Support bookkeeping activities using accounting software
- Perform account reconciliations for bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
- Help prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review
- Contribute to budgeting and financial analysis activities to support business planning
- Aid in auditing procedures by organizing documentation and verifying transaction records
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices,
and supporting documents for easy retrieval
- Grant management
- Adm and HR support as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business with basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and account analysis processes
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with team members
- Prior exposure to corporate finance or financial services is a plus but not required
