Part-time junior bookkeeper needed at entertainment production company.

Hours are flexible, starts ASAP. Rate based on experience.

Training will be provided- this is a great chance to those looking to get into entertainment bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

- MUST HAVE experience with Quickbooks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to work with hard copies
- Experience in Entertainment Bookkeeping is a BIG asset

Responsibilities:

- Assist accounting department
- Entries in Quickbooks
- Manage day-to-day books in Quickbooks
- Matching and preparing slips and paperwork
- Assist in managing accounts payable
- Process invoices and make sure they are paid on time
- Assist in managing accounts receivable
- Review bank statements for accuracy

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
