Key responsibilities include supporting fleet sales growth, preparing executive presentations, and managing vehicle allocations. Your focus will be on customer communication and timely order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy across all processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Support weekly and monthly reporting execution
- Collaborate with Fleet Supervisor on business development
- Present to Kia’s executive team effectively
- Manage Purchase Orders and supporting finance documents
- Communicate Fleet orders and pricing to dealers and clients Requirements:
- Solid process-driven expertise in fleet operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 2-3 years experience in Automotive/Fleet
