Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as Kitchen Staff and Customer Service Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Handle food safely by maintaining proper sanitation and hygiene practices throughout all stages of food handling
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and cash handling with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and dining areas in compliance with sanitation regulations




- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to support smooth operations

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Understanding of sanitation standards and food safety regulations to ensure a clean environment
- Kitchen experience including food prep, serving, and basic culinary skills is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively
