About the Job The Labeler Worker is responsible for accurately applying labels to products and packaging in accordance with company and regulatory standards. This role involves manually applying labels to food and packaging items sold for retail, you must be able to lift up to 40lb cases waist high. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately apply the right labels to the right products and packages.
- Perform quality checks to verify proper label placement, legibility, and alignment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed (e.g., packaging, palletizing)
- Train new staff on labeling procedures.
- Adhere to Food Safety policy of no jewelry can be worn on the floor, along with hairnets.
- Other duties are packing of food products.
- Cleaning of tables, pans, utensils and other items used in the workplace.

Requirements:

- High attention to detail and accuracy in product labeling
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good vision and ability to distinguish between colors and label types
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and operating equipment
- Willingness to work in a physically environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Meet work hours fromto

Education & Experience:

- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset,



but not required – training will be provided
