This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Law Clerk who enjoys managing files independently while being supported by a collaborative and highly respected legal team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Management of matters from open to close: intake, retainers, directions;
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and other third parties by phone and email;
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
- Reviewing drafted reports and decisions, verifying references;
- Preparing and electronic filing of various court materials using DMS (iManage experience is an asset) and Primafact;
- Performing administrative duties: calendaring, bring forward management, tracking invoices;

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the firm.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess 3+ years' experience as a legal assistant/law clerk working in class actions, litigation, or other similar field. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to interact with professionalism and diplomacy.





The expected salary range for this role is $50,000-$70,000. Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and role-specific knowledge. We provide fair and competitive compensation in accordance with our internal salary guidelines and prevailing market rates.
