We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, IT Security to lead the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will provide technical leadership for mission-critical systems, guide IAM architecture and development standards, and supervise Senior Analysts supporting enterprise security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, test, and enhance enterprise IAM solutions.
- Optimize identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, access certification, and policy enforcement.
- Lead and mentor Senior Analysts; plan, prioritize, estimate, and assign technical work.
- Design and integrate IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Manage and support SSO, MFA, PAM, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Participate in architecture design, solution validation, testing, deployment, migration, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM/system issues and support incident resolution.
- Ensure solutions comply with security protocols, architectural standards, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Work with Product Managers, Security, Enterprise Architecture, developers, vendors,



and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, IT security, or a related area.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering, and implementation.
- Robust knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and policy enforcement.
- In-depth knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and large-scale mission-critical environments; Saviynt experience is particularly relevant.
- Strong experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, APIs, middleware, integrations, and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of programming/scripting technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and PowerShell.
- Database experience including SQL and Oracle.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bilingual in French and English — written and spoken.

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
