WSP is seeking a Senior Highway Designer/Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams and shape mobility on Ontario’s major infrastructure projects. You’ll guide design delivery from concept to completion, influencing decisions and ensuring excellence.

Based in Mississauga, Ottawa or Thornhill, you will mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, and drive innovative digital solutions while building solid client relationships.
