Lead Stager & Operations Lead — Elle Cee Staging Inc.

We're looking for an experienced stager with a strong design eye who can confidently lead stagings on their own and who also loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a ground-floor role designed to grow into senior leadership.

Reports to: Lilly Cordeiro, Owner

Staging & design

- Lead vacant, occupied and accessory stagings independently, from plan to install
- Select furniture, art and décor from inventory to suit each home
- Coordinate movers for installs and destages
- Style builder model suites and furnishing packages

Operations

- Manage the staging calendar, scheduling and mover bookings
- Prep and pack at our Cambridge warehouse and keep inventory tracked
- Send contracts, renewal reminders and follow-ups
- Keep the sales pipeline up to date and help build scalable systems
- Put together builder packages in Adobe Acrobat

What you bring

- 2+ years of experience in home staging, interior decorating or design (required)
- A portfolio, plus proven ability to lead a stage solo
- Strong organization and professional communication with realtors and builders
- Comfort with Google Workspace,



Adobe Acrobat and Canva; social media editing experience is a bonus
- A valid G licence, a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance

Physical requirements

- Moving furniture periodically as needed
- Fully loading a vehicle for jobs
- Completing accessory stagings on your own

Hours & compensation

- Contract to start, with room to grow into a part-time or full-time position
- About 5 hours a day to start; start and end times can vary with the job schedule
- $22/hr
- Mileage reimbursed when your vehicle is used for jobs
