Role Description The Leasing Agent is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process for residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling and conducting virtual or coordinated in-person showings, and guiding prospective residents through the application and leasing process. The role involves preparing and reviewing lease documents, supporting lease administration activities, and maintaining accurate records in property management systems.

The Leasing

Agent will collaborate with property owners and internal teams to ensure units are marketed effectively, vacancies are minimized, and prospective tenants receive timely, professional customer service.



This position requires consistent communication via phone, email, and online platforms, as well as proactive follow-up with leads and applicants.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to explain lease terms clearly to prospective residents.
- Experience in property management and residential leasing, including coordinating showings and supporting occupancy targets.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and professional communication.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Proficiency with property management or CRM software, as well as common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in real estate or multifamily housing leasing is beneficial; relevant licenses or certifications are a plus, where applicable.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate prospective tenants and property owner schedules.
