TROIKA is seeking a Residential Leasing Coordinator for its Kelowna, BC portfolio. You will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, guide applicants, and coordinate move-ins, reporting on leasing metrics to drive occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leasing or related customer service, strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor, with knowledge of BC tenancy rules an asset. On-site role with competitive pay and perks.
