About The Role:

If you've ever worked a sales job where you basically became one with your desk… yeah, this is not that. At WERKLIV, you'll be hands-on from day one: inside our CRM, getting legit sales coaching, and teaming up with marketing. You'll own the full leasing cycle, from first inquiry to signed lease, and level up in lead gen, outbound, and internal sales faster than your friends can say, "How did you get that cool job?"

This is a full-time-hours position structured as an independent contractor engagement. Almost everyone at WERKLIV started as an intern or contract hire, so trust us: if it's a match, this can absolutely turn into a permanent role.

We're looking for someone who can start on December 1st, 2026. This role can be done remotely, but it's a big bonus if you're based in or near Trois-Rivières, Quebec.

We need someone who's hungry, smart, accountable & bold, and who is genuinely excited to match great tenants with great spaces. If you were the person in group projects who basically carried the whole team (and low-key liked it), this is your moment. We'll teach you the entire leasing game.

This job is also for the outgoing humans. You won't be glued to your laptop 24/7. You'll be out meeting people, giving tours, chatting, connecting, vibing. (You still get a cute desk by a window with a plant. We're not monsters.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Fluent in speaking French & English (written not necessary)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Post & manage several classified ads.




- Manage and respond promptly to all inbound leasing inquiries via phone, email, & text.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, open houses, and tenant appreciation activities.
- Consistently follow up with and nurture inbound leads via our CRM.
- Maintain CRM hygiene standards by organizing leads with required properties, thorough notes, and completing all assigned tasks within 24 hours of assignment.
- Book showings for our on-site property management. Handle objections and convert leads to leases at a high conversion rate.
- Take full ownership of online tenant screening and all leasing paperwork for every tenant, making sure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Reach out to existing tenants to renew their current leases for another year, keeping retention high and renewals moving.
- Assist in resolving tenant issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
