Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional or an entry-level candidate who is Licensed or actively pursuing licensing in Alberta.

You will have access to a steady pipeline of warm leads from our existing mortgage clients, allowing you to focus on closing business and building relationships rather than cold prospecting.

IMPORTANT – Eligibility Requirements To be considered, applicants must:

- Be currently licensed in Alberta or actively working toward obtaining an Alberta insurance license
- Be currently residing in or able to reliably commute to Grande Prairie, Alberta

Key Responsibilities

- Provide insurance solutions including life & disability, mortgage protection, and related products
- Work directly with our existing client base and incoming mortgage leads
- Maintain organized client files and follow-up systems
- Deliver professional, high-quality client service
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within mortgage transactions
- Ensure compliance with Alberta insurance regulations

Qualifications

- Alberta Insurance License (LLQP)




- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Qualified communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Experience in insurance, mortgages, or financial services is an asset but not required
