Axis Real Estate Solutions is currently recruiting a Licensed Sales Manager to join our growing project sales team in the Fraser Valley. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate qualified with a background in project sales who is seeking ongoing employment with a respected organization.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of project sales experience
- Active real estate license required
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Strong sales, leadership, technical, CRM and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and confident presence in a presentation centre environment




- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Punjabi, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is considered an asset but not necessary

Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage and support on-site project sales operations
- Sales administration, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain strong client and internal team communication
- Ensure a professional and positive customer and realtor experience
