Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality dishes
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety regulations
- Support the team during busy service times by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy




- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Food Handler Certification
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Experience with serving guests and understanding customer service expectations in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with the use of kitchen equipment and tools necessary for food industry roles
