Join Dosa Boyz, one of Mississauga’s growing South Indian restaurants known for consistent flavours, speed, and quality service.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position that involves dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food preparation, and assisting the line during service.

What You’ll Do

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area
- Handle daily prep including chopping, peeling, portioning, and basic food preparation
- Assist with preparing and assembling menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Support line cooks during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Support catering preparation when required
- Work with urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen




- Work together with the kitchen team to keep operations running smoothly

What You Need
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
- Line cook or food preparation experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 42.0 per week
