Kingsway Academy is seeking a responsible, caring and mature person to join our Student Services team. This role is ideal for a Western University or Fanshawe College student interested in supporting international high school students, residence life and cross-cultural activities.

Location: 370 Huron Street, London, Ontario

Arrangement: Paid part-time position with residence accommodation included

Employment dates: November 2, 2026 to April 30, 2028

Application deadline: October 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Responsibilities

· Live in the student residence and provide general evening support.

· Conduct evening curfew checks and help maintain a protected, positive residence environment.

· Assist with morning breakfast arrangements.

· Build positive relationships with students and help them adjust to life in Canada.

· Support student activities, outings and special events when available.

· Communicate student concerns to the Student Services team and assist with follow-up.

· Perform other reasonable residence-related duties as required.

Qualifications





· Current Western University or Fanshawe College student preferred.

· Responsible, mature, friendly and comfortable working with teenagers.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Vietnamese or Spanish language ability is a strong asset.

· Experience with youth, international students, camps, residence life or student activities is an asset.

· Driver’s licence and vehicle access are an asset, but not required.

Schedule The role primarily involves evening and residence responsibilities. Some daytime or weekend hours may be available for student activities, depending on your schedule.
