Logistics Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for an organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, scheduling, shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with customers and suppliers, and keeping operations on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules
- Plan and update delivery routes and schedules
- Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status
- Coordinate changes, delays, and scheduling issues
- Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation
- Enter and update shipment information in company systems
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate transportation requirements
- Respond to logistics inquiries by phone and email
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational logs
- Support daily administrative and logistics activities

Qualifications

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service is an asset
- Solid organizational and time-management skills




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and logistics software
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time position
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
