1 Position Available | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract | $22.00/hour | Guelph, ON

Sunstar Canada is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented LTL Shipper to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will prepare palletized customer orders for shipment, create shipping documentation, and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

- Pick and prepare products and full cases for customer orders
- Verify products, quantities, and order information before shipment
- Pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
- Create bills of lading and other shipping documentation
- Weigh and measure shipments and accurately record shipping information
- Generate and apply shipping, pallet, carton, and customer-specific labels
- Follow customer and carrier shipping requirements
- Identify and report order discrepancies, damaged products, or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Support inventory counts and other warehouse activities as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area

What You Bring

- Previous warehouse, shipping, order fulfillment, or distribution experience is an asset
- Experience preparing palletized or LTL shipments is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities, weights, and measurements
- Comfortable using computerized shipping or warehouse systems
- Good organizational and time-management skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role requiring:

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and material handling
- Picking and handling individual products, cartons, and full cases
- Loading cartons onto pallets and preparing shipments for transportation
- Lifting and moving products and cartons weighing up to 50 lbs

Schedule & Location

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Saturday overtime required based on business needs
- 100% on-site in Guelph, Ontario
- Warehouse is located on a public transit route with a nearby bus stop
