Karigur Bridal is a South Asian bridal couture studio specializing in Pakistani and South Asian bridal wear, custom bridal, groomwear, and wedding fashion.

We are looking for an exceptional salesperson and closer to join our Mississauga showroom.

This is not just a styling or customer-service position.

We want someone who can build trust quickly, understand what a client really wants, handle objections, follow up consistently, and confidently close high-value purchases.

Our bridal sales are $5,000–$10,000+, so you must be comfortable guiding clients and their families through significant, emotional, high-ticket buying decisions.

What You'll Do

- Lead bridal and wedding-wear consultations from discovery through closing.
- Build rapport with brides, grooms, parents, and families. Understand client needs, budget, style, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Recommend the right outfits and customization options.
- Present pricing confidently and handle objections professionally.
- Ask for the sale and collect deposits/payments.
- Follow up with undecided clients and active leads by phone, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram.
- Convert website and social-media inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain accurate client, measurement, order, and follow-up notes.
- Take measurements and prepare custom-order documentation.
- Assist with showroom presentation, social media content creation, garments, steaming, inventory, and fitting rooms.

Who We're Looking For Sales ability matters more to us than fashion or bridal experience.

You may have experience in luxury retail, jewellery, automotive, real estate, beauty, furniture, fashion, hospitality, fitness, telecommunications, business, or another sales-driven environment.

You should be





- A strong communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Comfortable selling products worth several thousand dollars.
- Confident asking for the sale.
- Comfortable handling price objections and comparison shopping.
- Persistent with follow-up without becoming pushy.
- Comfortable calling leads and re-engaging prospects.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Motivated by sales goals and measurable performance.
- Professional, polished, reliable, and coachable.
- Comfortable working with brides and families during emotional purchasing decisions.

South Asian bridal knowledge is an asset, but not required. We can teach product knowledge. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell. Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or another South Asian language is an asset.

This Role Is Probably Not for You If

- You dislike sales targets.
- You are uncomfortable asking clients to buy.
- You avoid follow-up because you do not want to "bother" prospects.
- You prefer styling or customer service over selling.
- You become uncomfortable when clients raise price objections.
- You are looking for a passive retail position.

Schedule Tuesday–Friday: 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Sunday: 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Monday: Closed

Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

You will be expected to:

- Convert qualified appointments into sales.




- Follow up consistently with open opportunities.
- Turn inquiries into booked consultations.
- Confidently handle objections.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver an excellent client experience while producing robust sales results.
