R&L; Packaging & Recycling Ltd. is a growing corrugated packaging manufacturer serving customers throughout British Columbia. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team as a Machine Operator / Production Labourer.

This is a hands-on role that combines machine operation, production support, material handling, and quality control. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable local company.

What You'll DoMachine Operation

- Assist with machine setup and production changeovers
- Load raw materials and remove finished products
- Monitor product quality and machine performance
- Perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting
- Complete production records and paperwork
- Help maintain equipment cleanliness and operational efficiency

Production Support
- Stack, bundle, and palletize finished products
- Move materials throughout the plant
- Supply machines with materials as required
- Assist operators and supervisors in meeting production goals
- Remove scrap and maintain organized work areas
- Perform general labour tasks as needed

Safety & Quality
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work setting
- Conduct visual quality inspections
- Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods




- Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and repetitive tasks

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
