What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?

- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Help on keeping cleanliness of common areas;
- Arrange garbage bins for pickup;
- Unit inspections with management.

Salary information:



$23.00 - $24.50 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance). Previous experience is required and we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry.

Schedule

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Experience:
- Maintenance: 4 years (required)

Work Location: In person Pay: $23.00-$24.50 per hour
